POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Product Manager for Enteral Nutrition provides strategic and operational leadership to develop and launch a new portfolio of enteral nutrition products made from organic, whole food ingredients. In partnership with a strategic external collaborator, this role will spearhead the creation of a differentiated enteral nutrition business in North America.

This position is responsible for the development and execution of upstream marketing plans, including market entry strategy, innovation roadmap, and go-to-market execution. Responsibilities span voice of customer research, new product development and commercialization, customer engagement, and category strategy to drive long-term business growth.

The Senior Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage key external and internal stakeholder relationships, and provide clinical and category expertise to shape the brand and strategy for this new platform.

PRIMARY PARTNERS

Internal: North America and European Marketing and Sales teams along with Global Market Insights, Marketing Communications, Clinical & Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Finance, Product Supply, Health Economics, and Corporate Strategy.


External: Strategic nutrition partner, branding agency, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and clinical advisors.

 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Manage a portfolio of whole food blended enteral nutrition products.
  • Lead the development of a comprehensive North American market entry strategy for Enteral Nutrition, including branding, messaging, pricing, positioning, training, and creative campaign development in partnership with agency resources.
  • Lead insight-gathering program, in partnership with Market Insight leader, using qualitative and quantitative methodologies, including VOC and ethnographic research.
  • Create and execute product launch plans including launch strategy, collateral, pricing, training, system and inventory setup, sampling programs, and initial sales forecasts.
  • Establish and manage an innovation roadmap aligned with clinical and market needs.
  • Build and execute a strategy to engage and manage Enteral Nutrition Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Monitor competitive activity and emerging industry trends to inform strategy and ensure differentiation.
  • Ensure seamless integration and communication with cross-functional teams and external partners to support product development, commercialization, and ongoing portfolio management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 7 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in clinical nutrition (preferably enteral nutrition).
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Broad-based knowledge of nutrition product management, including new product development, strategy development, clinician engagement, and VOC programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams without direct reporting relationships.
  • Experience driving strategy planning in a healthcare organization.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% within North America.
  • Role is based out of the Alpharetta, GA Headquarters office.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA or equivalent experience.
  • Experience developing DME and E-commerce channel programs.
  • Strong personal passion for wholesome nutrition.
  • Experience working with clinicians and patient advocacy groups in clinical nutrition fields.
