The Sales Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans to drive the growth of the long-term and short-term enteral feeding products and solutions across healthcare settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, and via the Home Delivery service. This role combines clinical expertise with sales strategy to influence key stakeholders, provide education, and ensure optimal use of the company’s long-term and short-term enteral feeding portfolios. To manage the sales activities necessary to provide full service to customers on their territory and to achieve the set objectives to drive the business and position AVANOS as the preferred enteral fedding partner of choice. |

Sales Account Manager (SAM) for Northern Ireland is responsible for driving commercial success across the Mic-Key and Cor-Brand enteral feeding portfolios. This role involves developing and executing strategic territory sales plans, building strong relationships with clinical and non-clinical key stakeholders in the NHS/private healthcare sectors in each Health Board to ensure optimal product adoption and customer satisfaction across the region. The SAM will also ensure high level engagement with National Procurement, industry bodies and patient advocacy groups where appropriate and with the coordination of the SHPs. The SAM for Northern Ireland will aim to protect and grow sales in the existing user base and identify new opportunities to convert to AVANOS enteral feeding products. The SAM must identify and understand the different funding channels in Northern Ireland and how AVANOS can maximise their position with these. |
