Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
SAP SuccessFactors Solutions Lead is responsible for the end-to-end design, delivery, and evolution of our SAP Human Capital Management ecosystem, with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP S/4HANA Payroll, and emerging AI-driven capabilities including SAP Joule. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with solution architecture leadership, partnering with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to build secure, scalable, intelligent, and compliant SuccessFactors solutions that power the employee experience and enable global business operations. The Solutions Lead provides oversight of internal teams, third-party integrators, and vendors while driving the product roadmap, integration strategy, AI enablement, and modern delivery practices across the SuccessFactors landscape.
This hybrid role is based in Alpharetta, GA and requires three days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture & Design
Lead end-to-end solution architecture across the SAP SuccessFactors landscape, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical designs that span SuccessFactors, SAP ECP Payroll, AI copilots, and integrated systems.
SuccessFactors Configuration & Development
Provide hands-on leadership in building, configuring, testing, and deploying complex SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions, including advanced programming, configuration, and release management for fixes and version updates.
Payroll & Integration Delivery
Support SAP ECP Payroll integrations, payroll-to-Finance integration, and enterprise integrations built on SAP BTP and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
AI & SAP Joule Enablement
Lead the evaluation, design, and deployment of AI capabilities within the SUCCESSFACTORS landscape, including SAP Joule and SAP Business AI use cases for HR. Identify high-value opportunities to embed generative AI and intelligent automation into employee experience, manager self-service, talent processes, and HR operations. Partner with HR and IT to define AI governance, ensure responsible AI practices, and measure business outcomes.
Emerging Technology & Innovation
Stay ahead of the evolving SAP SUCCESSFACTORS roadmap, including advances in AI, machine learning, conversational interfaces, and agentic workflows. Proactively bring forward innovation opportunities that improve productivity, decision-making, and the overall employee experience.
Security, Risk & Compliance
Design and govern role-based permissions (RBP), data privacy safeguards, and controls that ensure compliance with GDPR, SOX, AI governance standards, and other regulatory requirements across the SuccessFactors ecosystem.
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Partner with HR COEs and business leaders to shape the SuccessFactors product strategy, define the multi-year roadmap, and prioritize investments — including AI-driven capabilities — that advance the employee experience and digital workplace.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Serve as the primary technical partner to HR, and IT leadership; manage relationships with SAP and other software vendors, system integrators, and consulting partners, including contract negotiation and performance oversight.
Incident & Request Management
Lead triage and prioritization of incoming incidents, service requests, and enhancements, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with service-level expectations.
Agile Delivery & Governance
Champion agile, DevSecOps, and modern product delivery practices across the SuccessFactors portfolio, providing governance and oversight for internal teams and third-party resources.
Change Management & Adoption
Partner with business stakeholders to drive change management and adoption planning for SuccessFactors capabilities and AI-enabled experiences.
Your qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of progressive SAP SuccessFactors / SuccessFactors experience, with a focus on functional-technical delivery and product leadership
- Deep hands-on expertise with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA Payroll and payroll-to-FI integration
- Proven experience designing secure, end-to-end SuccessFctors solution architectures
- Integration expertise with SAP BTP and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
- Working knowledge of AI and generative AI technologies, with practical understanding of how AI copilots and assistants (such as SAP Joule) can be applied to HR and enterprise use cases
- Strong understanding of HR data models, roles, permissions, and compliance frameworks (RBP, GDPR, SOX)
- Experience managing enterprise applications across SuccessFactors, SaaS, and cloud platforms
- Demonstrated leadership governing internal teams, third-party integrators, consultants, and vendors
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, DevSecOps, and modern product delivery practices
- Experience operating in complex, regulated, global enterprise environments
- Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels and manage global or cross-functional teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and AI concepts for business audiences
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, Performance Management, Goals, piloting or deploying SAP Joule or comparable enterprise AI copilots
- Exposure to prompt engineering, AI use-case design, or AI governance frameworks in an enterprise setting
- Experience integrating third-party AI/ML services with SAP via BTP

Salary Range:
The anticipated average base pay range for this position is $XXX.XX - $XXX.XX. In addition, this role is eligible for an attractive incentive compensation program and benefits. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the base posted.
