Job Description
Responsible for executing the talent and development strategy, the incumbent will design and implement programs to identify, acquire, engage, train, and develop key talent across the LATAM region. The position will report to the LATAM Associate HR Director
Job Position Accountabilities:
- Develop Comprehensive Talent and Development Strategy: Collaborate with organizational leaders to design an effective strategy that addresses talent and development needs across the LATAM region.
- Develop Training and Development Programs: Design and implement training and development programs that promote professional and personal growth for employees across the LATAM region, identifying and addressing skills gaps.
- Enhance Operational Efficiency through Production Floor Training Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize the training process for production floor employees, ensuring that training programs are aligned with operational needs and best practices.
- Create Succession Plans: Collaborate with organizational leaders to identify and develop internal talent, creating robust succession plans that ensure smooth transitions in key roles.
- Analyze Talent and Development Metrics: Utilize data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent and development initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and making adjustments as necessary.
- Stay Informed of Talent and Development Trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in talent management and organizational development, and apply that knowledge to continuously improve the company's practices.
- Design Recruitment, Selection and On-boarding Programs: Create innovative programs to identify and acquire key talent in the LATAM labor market, ensuring a steady supply of qualified talent.
- Implement Employee Engagement Initiatives: Develop and execute programs that foster employee engagement and retention, including employee satisfaction surveys, recognition programs, and team-building events.
Qualifications/Education/Experience/Skill Required
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree
• ENGLISH: Advanced Level
• EXPERIENCE: From 5 to 10 years in talent development
