Clinical Sales Associate - Delhi

This position is responsible for Business Development, Customer relationship management, Distribution Management, Primary and Secondary sales management, Tender management, Key Account management.

 

Key responsibility areas:                                                                                                                                       

  • Achieve/ exceed the assigned sales targets of the territory
  • Engage the top KOLs of the territory and build sustained professional relationships
  • Identify the key training needs of the customers and arrange the trainings on time-to-time basis and ensure therapy adoption
  • Perform in-service equipment/ support clinical cases and train physicians, staff and other representatives
  • Implementing of marketing plans & campaigns in the assigned region
  • Identity the right channel partners, assign the right territory to the dealers, work & support them, to ensure territory expansion
  • Manage appropriate channel inventory the dealer’s level to avoid product shortage
  • Ensure timely payments from the dealers of sold goods in prescribed time
  • Responsible for training & developing the product knowledge & skill enhancement of the dealer
  • Ensure appropriate pricing to end users, drive sales margins of Company in every sale and ensure high profitability
  • Must have the sound knowledge about procurement process in private and public hospitals
  • Responsible for the Market Intelligence related to his/her business vertical
  • Manage documents related to the territory, ensure timely submission of data
  • Outstation travel for 6-8 days a month would be required

Desired Education & Experience:

  • Person should have experience of selling Orthopedic implants to Ortho and spine surgeon.
  • Science Graduate (BSC/ B. Pharma/B.Tech/Biomedical Engineering or equivalent)
  • 3+ years of Experience (preferably healthcare sales)
  • Understanding/Experience of the same geography
